Present Simple vs. Present Continuous

Present Continous, please, let me give you a very brief summary.
Present Simple used for:
1. Habits or regular activities and situations.
2. Facts and attitudes that are generally or always true.
3. Timetables (bus, train, plane).
4. State verbs which we don't normally use these verbs in the continuous form (ex. believe, know, remeber, hear, like, need, own, prefer, understand or want).
Present Continous used for:
1. Sth (=something) happening now.
2. Temporary activity or situation (which may not be happening now).
3. Arrangements you've made for the future.
4. With "always" to complain or express irritation about sth or someone.
